Brass badge made of two pieces. Top bar is marked “SOUVENIR” within a stippled border. Original pin remains on the reverse.
Drop has a stamped decoration of a laurel wreath surmounted by crossed, full color enameled US flags with a spread-winged eagle filling the space between them. At center of the wreath is a GAR star with a red “G” a white “A” and a blue “R” at center. Above the star is stamped “MINNEAPOLIS” with “1906” at bottom.
