Grand Army of the Republic belt with buckle in good “unassembled” condition. Woven white belt, still rolled. Measures approximately 2” wide. Rectangular buckle is cast brass featuring letters “G A R” surrounding the GAR “star” insignia. Buckle is separate and was never attached to the brass plate. The buckle has a dark age patina. There is no keeper or belt adjuster. Cloth belt remains perfectly clean. [jet] [ph:L]
