Ribbon commemorates the gathering of the GAR Chautauqua County Battalion at the 31st National Encampment held in Buffalo, New York in 1897.  Item measures 6 7/8” long and 2 ¼” wide.  Composed of faded white silk.  Lettering is in black.  There is fraying on both the bottom and top components of the ribbon.
