This lovely Grand Army of the Republic badge was manufactured by The M.C. Lilley and Company of Columbus for the 1919 Annual Encampment. It features an eagle top bar, enameled drop, silver finished drop depicting the Ohio Statehouse, and a drop medal with a relief of General Sherman. The yellow backing ribbon is in great condition and still firmly attached to the pin bar. Dimensions are 2.1” (at the eagle’s widest point) x 6.5”.
Sure to be a feature of any Grand Army of the Republic of Civil War Veteran collection. [cm][ph:L]
