This pennant, in excellent condition, measures 17” in length and 8” in width at it’s widest point. Made of gray felt, it features a GAR badge at center in red, white, blue and gold. At left in white lettering is “ROCHESTER 1911” and a white star on either side of the eagle on the badge. At right in larger white letters is, “G . A . R” with another star at far right. Attached on either side at the longer end are a pair of red felt streamers. [ld][ph:L]
