A good condition souvenir bronze watch fob with black leather strap and buckle for a 1919 Confederate reunion. The medal itself reads “UNITED CONFEDERATE VETERANS / GREENWOOD, S.C.” around the edge and features an enameled Confederate battleflag superimposed on a Palmetto tree with the date 1919 divided on either side. The reverse has a raised maker’s mark of the Bastian Brothers of Rochester, NY. A little wear to the upper corners of the St. Andrew’s cross, otherwise very good color and a medium coppery tone to the bronze. This seems to have been a South Carolina Division reunion. [sr] [ph:m]
