Very nice condition Arkansas shaped drop medal attached to a red & white ribbon, the white portion now faded to yellow/cream.  The horizontal pin at the top features a pair of bridges crossing a river. The lower drop has the Arkansas state seal at upper right, the state capitol building at center, and a Confederate flag at lower left.  At upper left is, “U.C.V. / 38^th / REUNION / MAY 8-11 / 1928.  At bottom right in a riband is, “THE WONDER STATE”.  Shows just minor wear to the ribbon, front and back.  [ld][ph:L]
