This badge measures approx. 3 ¾” x 2” and is housed in an attractive matted Riker display box. It was issued for the 40th annual Confederate reunion held in Biloxi, MS on June 3rd thru June 6th in 1930. The top bar features a representation of Beauvoir, the home of Jefferson Davis. Attached below is a red silk ribbon which does show some soiling. The lower medallion has an image of Jefferson Davis at left, pair of crossed flags (CS battle flag & 3rd national flag) and a lighthouse at right. Pin remains attached on the reverse. Overall very nice condition. [ld] [ph:L]
