This booklet measures 4” x 5.76” and includes all pertinent membership, charter, and by-law information related to the year of 1892 for the Virginia UCV Camp No. 25 in Staunton, named for Stonewall Jackson.

Cover shows paper loss around edges and transparent tape holds the spine and covers together.  Two staples remain, but some pages are brittle near the spine or have been separated and resecured with tape.
