Brown leather front cover is embossed with a gold sports badge above the word “URKUNDE” or “CERTIFICATE.” The title page reads “SA. WEHRABZEICHEN URKUNDE” or “SA ARMY BADGE.” The other twenty or so pages have a place for recording medals and awards won by the individual.
