Cuffs are marked with patent numbers and “MADE IN USA”. Also has a registered trademark with a pinwheel symbol. Manufactured by the Peerless Handcuff Co. of Springfield, MA.  Serial number 91328. Original cardboard box, which shows minimal wear. Cuffs are fully functional.
