Original WW2 Army "dress" bayonet in fair condition.
The bayonet is approximately 14.75" overall with a 9.75" long blade. Blade is marked "A C S" around a set of weight scales. The bayonet blade is bright. Tip is intact; blade has not been sharpened. Original leather washer remains in place. Some loss of plating on cross guard. Black grips are very good. The release button is in perfect working order, but one corner of pommel is broken off.
Metal scabbard retains original color and finish with moderate scratching and a few scattered rust spots. [jet] [ph:L]
