WWII German Karabiner 98k bayonet, maker coded "cym" for Weyersberg, Kirschbaum & Co. (WKC), Solingen, dated 1943. The blade is in good condition with the original blued finish showing honest age and wear. Serial number 94407/473 stamped on the blade flat. Comes complete with its steel-throated black leather scabbard (serial 94398) and matching black leather frog. Blade and scabbard serials are mismatched — common on WWII-era K98 bayonets that saw field service. A solid, displayable example with all components present. [ss] [ph:L]
