The blue ink paper is lighter and printing is not as crisp as others; paper is otherwise in very good condition. Printed label has a drawing of a friction primer in profile with “5 / Friction Primers / Frankford Arsenal. “ Date appears to be 1864. Pull tab missing. [ws] [ph:L]
