Published in 1999 in Second Edition by Morningside Press in limited numbers, this title has become somewhat rare. “Sons of Old Monroe” was written by Brian A. Bennett, who drew from unpublished letters and diaries of the men of O’Rorke’s famed 140th.
The book is in excellent condition. A plastic sleeve protects the dust jacket and cover while all pages appear crisp and clean. Measures 6.5” x 9.25” - 718 pages.
A fantastic edition to any Civil War library and a valuable research tool. [cm][ph:L]
