CS 1862 TEN CENT NOTE FROM VIRGINIA

Small white bill issued by the City of Portsmouth and dated October 29, 1862. The note is decorated with a numeral “10” at top center.

Reverse is blank.

Bill is in good used condition with no tears or pinholes. Inked bill number and signatures are strong.  [ad][ph:L]
