Imagery includes a British coat of arms, six crowns in red, and a half sun in black ink. Text in red ink, “THIRTY Shillings….” This New Jersey note from the April 8, 1762 issue was printed by James Parker on paper with blue threads. “New Jersey XXX” on left edge.

The reverse boasts nature print of a leaf along with "One Pound Ten Shillings / To counterfeit this bill is Death.”

Three ink signatures. Numbered in ink “322”. A fold across the center and one pin hole. Shows heavy wear.  [jet] [ph:L]
