Framed in light brown wood w/gold painted outer rim., 20.5” x 14.25, w/paper backing and hang-wire. Titled “Ulysses S. Grant (1869-77),” the painting is a lithographic print of the excellent color portrait by Ferdinand Boyle, Long Island Historical society, measuring 10” 7.75. The cut signature: “U.S. Grant / New York City Aug. 10 1882,” measures 2” x 4.25 and is double matted cream and brown.

Frame exhibits minor nicks and the upper glass one minor blemish. Cut signature paper slightly yellowed. Else VG and handsome. Solid Grant collectible.  [jp] [ph:L]
