The iron surface on this .69 bayonet is mostly clean with only light mottling.

Blade edges show a few small nicks but overall, the item has a nice appearance.

Socket has a clean interior, a bridged mortise and a working locking ring. There is some minor pitting in places on the socket. [ad] [ph:L]
