Bayonet is in good condition and still retains hints of the original blue on the socket.
Triangular blade is full length with heavy scattered surface mottling and scattered surface pitting. Blade flat is stamped with the maker’s mark of “F. PRESTON” over “MANCHESTER.”
Locking ring has a lot of blue on it, more so than the rest of the socket. Ring does not fit perfectly and may be a replacement. [ad] [ph:L]
