Each of the cups in this set meas. approx. 1.50 inches high x 2.00 inches across with a lip outlined in gold. The body of each cup is decorated with a solid green band bordered in gold with a gold band above it that contains an “X” and “O” pattern. All of the cup handles are in the shape of a bird with a brown head and a white, yellow and green body. The bottom of each cup is marked “JAPAN.”
The saucers meas. approx. 3.25 inches across with a full color view of the Eternal Light Peace Memorial at center surrounded by a solid green border. The edges of the saucers have the same gold “X” and “O” pattern as the cups. The edges of the plates are slightly scalloped. Saucer bottoms are marked “MADE IN OCCUPIED JAPAN.”
All pieces are no good condition with no chips. [ad] [PH:L]
