CDV is a lithograph of Robert E. Lee at the outbreak of the Civil War with dark hair and mustache in a dark double-breasted coat with a high turned down collar.
Clarity and contrast are excellent. The paper and mount are very good.
Reverse is blank but for some collector information in pencil at bottom.
