Bust view of General Frank Wheaton. Frank Wheaton was a career military officer in the United States Army during the American Civil War and Indian Wars. He also was military commander over south Texas during the Garza Revolution. Image is clear with good detail, but does have some small ink spots. The corners on the card are worn and the bottom left corner shows some minor water damage/ staining. The photographer’s backmark reads “R.W. ADDIS Washington D.C.”. [am] [ph:L]
