Full-standing studio view of a well-uniformed, unidentified Confederate officer. He wears a double-breasted frock with a braid galoons on his sleeves, a fancy kepi in his hand, and waist belt. The image is clear with very good contrast. The edges of the mount have been slightly trimmed. Photographer's backmark, S. Anderson, New Orleans.

From the collection of the late William Turner.  [jet] [ph:L]
