Nice brass spur that is complete except for the rowel.
Spur is plain and made of heavy brass and lacks the graceful curves and finished look of its Federal counterpart. Both keepers are complete and the neck is squared. Rowel is totally gone leaving only rust marks where it once was.
Brass surface has a nice green patina.
Item was recovered at Cedar Creek. [ad] [ph:L]
