Offered here are the excavated remains of an Allen & Wheelock percussion pistol.
The piece is iron and measures about 6.5” long overall. The 3” long round and octagonal barrel is .32 caliber. A percussion nipple is mounted on the top.
The pistol is complete except for the bar-hammer. In good condition for a dug relic with expected surface rust and pitting.
