Plate has a good solid face free of cracks with a nice dark patina overall and good detail to the eagle.
Reverse has all three of the wire hooks and about 30% of the lead fill. Plate has two small paper labels that read “24” attached.
With the item is an old paper label that reads “6TH CORPS JUNE 3, 1864 COLD HARBOR, VA. FOUND MAR. 20, 1954.” [ad] [ph:L]
