Plate has a good solid face free of cracks with a nice dark patina overall and good detail to the eagle.

Reverse has all three of the wire hooks and about 30% of the lead fill. Plate has two small paper labels that read “24” attached.

With the item is an old paper label that reads “6^TH CORPS JUNE 3, 1864 COLD HARBOR, VA. FOUND MAR. 20, 1954.”  [ad] [ph:L]
