This is a M-1855 socket bayonet in very good, “dug” condition. Bayonet has been cleaned and coated and the iron is in very stable condition. The tip has been broken off and the next 2 ½” was bent upward to use as a pot hook. A very interesting relic. [jet][ph:L]
