“Dug” US cartridge box plate for the outer flap of the infantry cartridge pouch. Recovered so long ago that the condition remains very good.

Large “US” in the center of the plate stands out very well. The face remains smooth with a fine green and brown patina.

Only one of the iron loops remains completely. Lead fill in the back in smooth and fine condition.  [jet][ph:L]
