Blue silk ribbon shows an image of a patriotic shield. Wording reads, “HUNTINGDON COUNTY VETERAN, ENCAMPMENT 1886”. Bottom of ribbon is trimmed in gold bullion fringe. Shield and lettering show remains of gold gilt.
Measures 8 ½” total length by 2 ½” wide. Light surface dirt and spotting are present. Ribbon shows signs of fraying where it was previously folded. Bullion has darkened with age but is intact.
