Ribbon commemorates the reunion of the 7^th Maine Battery 9^th Army Crops meeting in Portland, Maine on June 22, 1885.  Item measures 6 3/8” long and 2 3/8” wide.  Composed of blue silk with yellow lettering.  Top component has fraying.
