Ribbon commemorates the 30th reunion of the 76th New York Volunteers gathering in Cortland, NY on October 5, 1898.  Item measures 5 ¾” long and 2 ¼” wide.  Composed of yellow silk with fraying on both top and bottom, with a few pinholes.
