This is a brass, two-piece suspension medallion honoring the United Confederate Veterans (UCV) at their 22nd Reunion in Macon, Georgia, on May 7-9, 1912.

The top portion has spring pin on back, with front featuring two paint-filled Confederate flags aside a shield featuring City Hall and the dates of the reunion with “MACON GA” below. The lower medallion is connected by a link and features a Lee & Jackson on horseback, “LAST MEETING OF LEE AND JACKSON” and is based on the 1869 oil painting by Everett B.D. Julio.

There are a few small chips on the red and blue paint, otherwise complete and in excellent condition with bronze tone overall.  [jet][ph:L]
