This is a two piece medal.  The top reads: “50^th Anniversary Battle of Gettysburg 1863 1913 Massachusetts”.  The drop features a profile of Lincoln and reads: “Reunion of Veterans of the Civil War Gettysburg 1913”.  The back of the drop identifies Whitehead & Hoag Co. Newark NJ as the maker.  The medal retains the green color on the laurel wreath and is in very good condition.  [dm] [ph:L]
